Historic Oakwood is Halloween Central for Raleigh, and the neighborhood goes all out with treats and tricks. Â Dry ice, live zombies, and elaborate, ghoulish decorations await the hundreds and hundreds of trick-or-treaters who walk the streets of Oakwood on Halloween. Â These are a few of the scenes from Halloween 2013 in Downtown Raleigh, the majority of which were taken at Jesse Jones’ infamous “Halloween House” on Oakwood Avenue.
